General terms and conditions

1. Quotations

Quotations are available upon written request by email.
Our quotations are without obligation and in no way bind our company.
Unless stated otherwise, validity is limited to 1 month from the date of dispatch.

2. Orders

Orders will only be registered and executed upon receipt of the delivery and billing details and the down payment.
Orders will only be shipped after receipt of your payment.
In the event of incorrect delivery or an error, in whatever form, our responsibility is limited to redoing the work. The buyer waives any additional compensation whatsoever.
We reserve the right to affix our mark as a trademark or company name to all articles to be supplied by us.

3. Logo

For products on which we need to engrave logos and text, a proof will be sent for approval, if specified. After the first proof, adjustments can be made free of charge at the customer’s request. All subsequent changes (after the second proof) will be charged. A fee of EUR 15.00 (excl. VAT) will be charged per additional proof.
Designs created by us may under no circumstances be reproduced or handed over to third parties.
We disclaim all responsibility for civil prosecutions regarding counterfeiting or copyright infringement. The Client is deemed to have acquired the right from the owner of the logo or the copyright holder.

4. Deliveries

Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk and peril.
The delivery price depends on the country where the goods are to be delivered. The delivery time varies, depending on the product, from 2 to 14 working days.
These delivery times are non-binding, and a delay in delivery shall under no circumstances give rise to the cancellation of the order, nor shall the buyer be entitled to compensation.

5. Payments

All invoices must be paid in advance. Goods will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to inform the company that he/she is withdrawing from the purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service agreement.
However, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the product and packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. Furthermore, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the supply of products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or the supply of products that have been personalized or modified in any way at the consumer’s request. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to return the received product to the seller within fourteen (14) working days after delivery via the same method as the delivery, in the condition in which the buyer received the product, stating his bank account number, to which the seller will make the refund of the amount paid by the buyer within ten (10) days after receipt of the return shipment. All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates, and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment. The return shipment is at the buyer’s expense and risk. If the product is not received in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount will not be refunded.

7. Complaints

Complaints must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt of delivery.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law applies between the parties.

9. Disputes

Either the Justice of the Peace Court of the Canton of Anderlecht or the Courts of the Brussels District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties.

10. Hidden defects

The seller is not required to indemnify the buyer against hidden defects.

11. Engravings

A custom price is provided for engravings.
