Sales conditions

1. Offers

Offers can be obtained through a written demand using the contact form.
Our offers are without any engagement.
The validity is limited to 1 month as of the date of transmittal, unless mentioned otherwise.

2. Orders

Orders will only be registered and executed after receiving all necessary information for delivery and invoicing.
Orders will only be shipped after we have received your payment on our account.
In case of a wrong delivery or any type of error, our responsibility is limited to redoing the work. The buyer renounces to his right to any compensation for damages. We reserve the right to apply a reference to our company on all our articles, under the form of a trade mark or the company name.

3. Logo

For products on which we need to engrave logos or texts, a preliminary version of the product will be sent for approval if mentioned in the agreement. After this preliminary version the customer can demand adjustments, which will be executed for free. All adjustments after the second preliminary version will be charged at the rate of 15,00 EUR (VAT excl.) per preliminary version. After receiving the payment for the extra costs, we’ll proceed to the final execution of the order. Designs conceived by us may never be copied or shared with third parties.
We decline all responsibility in case of civil prosecution for imitations and copyright. The customer is supposed to have obtained the necessary rights through the owner of the logo or the holder of the copyright.

4. Deliveries

Deliveries take place at an address in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxemburg.
The articles are sent at risk of the recipient.
The delivery time span varies from 2 to 14 working days, depending on the product.
These delivery time spans are informal: a delay may never lead to cancelation of the order and the buyer cannot claim a compensation for damages.

5. Payments

All invoices need to be paid in advance. Articles will only be shipped out after we’ve received the payment.

6. Right of cancellation

The consumer has the right to inform the company that he/she wishes to waive the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a specific reason, within 14 calendar days of the day following the delivery of the good(s) or the conclusion of the service agreement. The right of cancellation shall not apply to products and packaging which are no longer in the original, complete, undamaged and unused state. Moreover, the consumer cannot exercise the right of cancellation in case of agreements regarding deliveries of products made to the specifications of the consumer or deliveries of products personalised or adapted in any way as requested by the consumer. When the consumer wants to exercise his/her right of cancellation, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within fourteen (14) business days of date of delivery the same way it has been delivered and in the state the buyer has received the product, stating the consumer’s bank account number to which the seller will refund the amount paid by the buyer within ten (10) days of receipt of the returned good(s). All sent documentation, warranties and packaging materials need to be returned with the goods. Goods are returned at the risk and the expense of the buyer. If the product is not received in accordance with the conditions of the right of cancellation, the purchase price will not be refunded.

7. Complaints

Complaints need to be addressed within 8 days after receive of the product under a written form.

8. Applicable law

In case of disputes the Belgian law is applicable.

9. Disputes

Only the peace court of the judicial district of Brussels or the tribunals of the judicial district of Anderlecht are competent to treat any disputes.

10. Hidden failures

The seller is not liable for hidden failures.

11. Engraving

A price will be custom made.
